Order Cancellation

Customized Packaging Boxes will cancel your order before printing / shipping. Of course, if the ordered product has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel. Orders can be deleted at different levels of production, but the cancellation cost will apply. Our sales team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

Our Process of Fulfilling Orders is as follow

1) Order taken from customer online.

2) Designing department work on designing process.

3) Order sent to the press after designing.

4) Quality Assurance department collect order from press and deliver it to the shipping firm after quality assurance.

5) The shipping firm collects it and ships it to you.

Orders Cancellation Process

If an unexpected event occurs, we do compromise to you as we can. Here we guide you completely through this process. All orders can be cancelled up to level 3. When the order is cancelled in phase 1; You will be charged £ 15 plus 5% of the total payment received from the customer, to cover payment processing and bank fees. For orders that have been cancelled in step 2, at least 25% of the total ordered amount will be charged as a penalty to cover the salary of our design staff. After the order has arrived at step 3, we can still try to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be cancelled. However, if the order is still in step 3 and the user wants to have it cancelled. To cover costs, at least 60% of the total order amount will be charged. Once an order has reached level 4, it’s not possible to cancel.

Return and Refunds Policy

As all orders are unique, all sales are finalized and at this step if you see any mistake or error at our end, we will definitely reprint the order, but No refunds or credits.

Re-Print Policy

The customer must notify Customized Packaging Boxes within 4 working days of delivery for the order of any damage, defects or missing items found in the delivered goods. is not responsible for any claim for defects, damage or missing items that are not submitted within 4 working days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, the client must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date. Without the prior no returns will be accepted without the prior written return authorization from CPB.

All costs related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason. No Exceptions.
