Why do you need the dimensions of my product?

As we have hundreds of opportunities to choose from, and we want to make sure we can recommend the best packaging services for your product. Are the dimensions listed internal or external dimensions of the product?

Are your products made from recycled materials?

Most of our product is produced by 80% of processed materials and is completely recyclable.

Help! My Order is Urgent!

We do our best to provide urgent orders where we can. In the peak clock, however, it is not always possible.

If your order is urgent, please call us BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can meet your deadlines on +44 744 144 0240. Also, if your order is urgent, please specify the date that you demand your order to be delivered in the comments section when checking out.

I received an email that says my order is being manufactured, how long will that take?

Depending on the product you purchased production can take 3 to 10 working days. If you need a detailed delivery time, send us an e-mail at [email protected] or call us +44 744 1444 0240.

Why are some of your boxes recommended for postage while others aren’t?

We have thousands of products on our website. Our presentation gift boxes consist of 285 GSM cardboard, which we do not recommend delivery. However, our corrugated cardboard boxes are strong and sustainable and excellent for delivery. All our custom drawers have an image in your input to say if you approach the delivery or suitable for performance, just leave the product description.

Help! I’m having trouble folding my boxes!

We have created a useful video file to fold our boxes. Follow step-by-step instructions on the following link, and is always a specialist!

Can you manufacture boxes to my specific requirements?

We can customize production fields. In many cases, there is the cost of configuration. More information on how we can help you create a unique packaging request, our personalized information package.

Can you print on to the boxes?

We have a personalized printing service. We offer screen printing, print leaves, flexographic printing and offset. The best printing type for the amount depends on the necessary amount needed, and the style of this. For more information, contact our personalized information package. Are you an Australian manufacturer?

We are proudly the “United Kingdom owned company” who makes around 80% of our products right here in Manchester. We are enrolled in the Organization in the United Kingdom.

Can I get more than one sample of the same product?

Unfortunately no. The samples are provided so you can test our quality and our size.

Can I get a sample in multiple colours?

To help keep costs down for you we make our samples in bulk. This means that they are only available in white or brown (brown only for printed products).But do not worry! We send you the models you need, so you can see the exact color and the refinement of your boxes.

Are samples free?

In most cases, our samples do incur a charge. The sample charge is generally between $2-$10 (please note there are some exceptions). As we get hundreds of sample requests each week, we do charge for samples and postage, we want to keep our rates as low as possible and we are sure that you serious customers don’t want to subsidies other peoples one off freebies!

Delivery Enquiries

Dispatch & Delivery Estimates

Dispatch and delivery times can vary depending on the product you have ordered and the delivery address.

  • Products that are in stock will be expressed from our warehouse in 1-2 working days.
  • Items that are out of stock can take 3-5 business days to manufacture

However on receipt of your order we will keep you informed of any production times that may be applicable.
Note: From time to time courier delays can occur, which is beyond our control, but if your order is delayed contact us and we will do our best to help.

I’m placing an order online, but it’s only giving me the "Organise your own courier" option for delivery?

This happens when you entered a PO BOX as a shipping site. Our courior need a physical address to deliver, then please enter a business or home address.

My order has arrived too late to meet my deadline, Can I return the products?

We will always do our very best to meet your deadlines and dispatch your products accordingly. However, once we dispatch products from our warehouse they are then in the hands of the courier. If your order is urgent, please call us BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can meet your deadlines on +44 744 144 0240.  Please note, that we do not accept any returns/or refunds for change of mind purchases or delays as a result of our couriers

My delivery hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?

The best thing to do is to track your order using the consignment number in the dispatch notification email that you will have received as it may be on board for delivery. Please note, from time to time courier delays can occur, these are beyond our control, but if your order is delayed contact us and we will do our best to help.

I have only got 2 of the 3 boxes that I am expecting, what should I do?

Your missing box may have been separated from the others during transit. The best thing to do is to track your order using the consignment number in the dispatch notification email that you will have received as it may be on board for delivery. However, if you have any concerns please contact us at [email protected] or call us on +44 744 144 0240 and we can help with any courier issues.

What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping charges will vary depending on the size and weight of your order. You can get an accurate cost of shipping in the checkout with our shipping calculator before purchase. Alternatively, you can arrange for your own courier to collect your order from our Thomastown warehouse.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch notification email from us containing a consignment tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we are shipping not only in UK but also worldwide.

How do I track my order?

Security! Are my details secure?

We do not pass on your information to any third parties and you can opt out of receiving emails at any time utilising the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. All payment information is encrypted securely.

Refund / Returns Policy

We do not accept refunds/returns for change of mind purposes. We encourage customers to obtain a sample of their products before purchase to ensure satisfaction.
